Begegnungszentrum Ottmaring in Friedberg

We were with our choir (24 people) for a weekend in the meeting center and were completely satisfied. The entire staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. All requests were met. The large hall with grand piano was ideal for our rehearsal weekend. The rooms are simple, but sufficient for such a weekend. In the evening we were able to sit together nicely in the cafeteria. We found the food very good compared to other houses! No one had to go hungry, there was always a lookup. The only drawback: the coffee could be improved! Everyone thought that was very, very, very thin. The cappuccino in the cafeteria was better. We will come back anyway!

The price / performance ratio for the night was right. Due to the low price you can not expect a top modern hotel. My room (6) was big, clean and had a decent bed. You can also darken it properly due to the roller shutter. The bathroom with bathtub has stopped somewhere between the 70s and 80s, but big, functional and clean. The internet is fast (sufficient for ARD library). The TV does not have a TV, I personally do not necessarily need. The staff is super nice, 2 small drawbacks but the hotel, on the one hand the breakfast times (officially from 8, with me also from 7:30), which are personally too late for me, on the other hand the price for the breakfast, 9 are clearly too much for a business traveler with a daily rate. But you can also have breakfast at a bakery in nearby Friedberg for little money, or take something.

Very nice staff. Rooms are simple but very clean and there is everything you need. Food is good middle-class. Location is very quiet on the outskirts. There are free parking spaces directly behind the house.
